Were currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to help us build a positive, emotionally safe, and supportive environment where adolescents feel seen, heard, and empowered.
What Youll Do: As an LPN with Anderson Health Services, youll be more than a nurseyoull be a crucial part of a dynamic treatment team. Youll help create a nurturing, non-punitive environment where adolescents can begin to thrive. Your responsibilities will include:

Evaluating and implementing patient care plans tailored to individual needs

Monitoring, documenting, and communicating patient conditions and progress

Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care

Participating in daily updates with the Treatment Team to align care strategies
What Were Looking For:

Graduate from an accredited nursing program

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina

A heartfelt desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth

A strong sense of empathy, emotional regulation, and openness to learning

Must be 21 or older with a valid NC drivers license and a clean driving record

Must pass a background check and drug screening
