1st Shift Assembler

This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities :

• Complete all inspections and disassembly as required.
• Load all items for shipment, photograph shipments, and ensure shipping documents are signed by all parties.
• Detect and report faulty operations and defective materials.
• Unload fans and associated hardware from incoming shipments.
• Stage, visually inspect, and mark items for storage or rework.
• Review drawings and contract documents for assembly and disassembly processes.
• Maintain logs, processing records, and reports to ensure contract quality and compliance.
• Perform all required assembly technician inspections.
• Clean all items, including fan blades, for inspection and reuse.
• Perform shrink, force, expandable, and bolt-up fitting along with required assembly operations.
• Check alignments and assemblies to ensure proper tolerances.
• Prepare items for storage if the rebuild is not immediate.
• Stage, rework, check-in, verify, and prep all items required for fan rebuilding.
• Assemble fans according to drawings, standards, and inspection reports.
• Recognize and identify products by sales class, serial number, and application.
• Review total work scope and adhere to man-hour allowances.
• Provide technical consultation and assistance in areas of expertise.
