This is a full-time position : Rotating Shift, 6am to 6pm. (3 days one week, 4 days the following week).
Responsibilities :
- Perform chemical kitting, accurately combining dry and liquid chemicals according to specified formulations and production schedules.
- Safely conduct chemical mixing in precise quantities, following detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Strictly adhere to all safety compliance protocols, including PPE use, respirator fit testing, and lockout / tagout procedures.
- Conduct quality control inspections and tests to ensure all chemical batches meet quality standards.
- Utilize scales, balances, and other measuring equipment for calculating weights and measurements.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of mixing and kitting equipment.
- Operate a forklift as needed to support operations.
