Job Purpose:
To assist clients in achieving their financial and asset protection goals by conducting strategy sessions, managing client relationships, and providing tailored asset protection solutions. This role involves working with prospective clients from initial consultation through the sales process, maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation:
- Conduct strategy sessions with prospective clients to understand their situation and identify their needs.
- Work with prospective clients who have attended Partner-led virtual events or engaged with educational material (no cold calling involved).
- Knowledge and Learning:
- Complete initial training and obtain the Anderson Business Advisor Certification.
- Attend company virtual events and stay current with Partners' YouTube channel content and podcast content.
- Asset Protection Blueprint:
- Draw the initial asset protection blueprint tailored to each client's specific assets and needs.
- Work directly with clients through the sales process from initial consult and follow-up, answering questions about Anderson products or services.
- Client Relationship Management:
- "Tee up" prospective clients with an experienced Senior Advisor or Strategist for more complex situations to provide accurate advice and entity structuring.
- Manage existing client relationships, responding promptly with accurate information and professionalism.
- Consistently update Salesforce with client notes.
- Performance and Goals:
- Consistently reach and exceed monthly goals and company objectives.
- Maintain a high level of punctuality and good attendance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience with financial services products, insurance, banking, legal, or other professional services.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes some Saturdays.
- Proficiency with G Suite (including Gmail, Slides, Docs, and Sheets) and Salesforce.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated independent thinker who likes to learn fast and achieve individual goals.
- Strong sales skills (discovery and closing techniques) with a customer-centered approach.
- Fun, energetic, collaborative, and competitive personality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Additional certifications or coursework related to financial services or business advisory.
