What are the responsibilities and job description for the Benefits Coordinator position at Anderson Center For Autism?
Under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) administers team member benefit program, ensuring accurate coverage and clear communication. Supervises and trains the Benefits Specialist in benefits administration. Utilizes data analytics to assess program effectiveness and optimize benefit offerings.
QUALITY OF LIFE EXPECTATION FOR ALL STAFF:
To actively further the agencys mission to optimize quality of life (QofL) for individuals served by implementing systems that improve employee satisfaction and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Administer Employee Benefits Programs
- Coordinates coverage for workers compensation related to on the job injuries and illnesses.
- Coordinates the Anderson Center for Autism Retirement Plan.
- Coordinates leave of absence process assuring compliance with agency policies, FMLA, PFL and ADA.
- Communicates benefits program to all team members.
- Completes necessary reports mandated by governmental agencies, statistical reports, surveys.
- Assists the CHRO in special projects and day-to-day functioning of the Human Resources Office.
- Coordinates annual Benefits Fair.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in a related field. Sufficient human resource experience necessary to effectively perform the responsibility of the position.
