In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, ensuring that medical care and support services are delivered in accordance with best practices. You will also be expected to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, communicating effectively with families, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Nursing, a current NYS license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse, and experience working with the Autistic/Developmentally Disabled population. Certification in Developmental Disabilities Nursing is highly desirable.
