This position requires a high level of responsibility, independence, attention to detail, and adaptability, as operators are entrusted with the safety and satisfaction of up to 56 passengers during each journey. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :Serves as an ambassador of the Anderson brand, fostering positive relationships with passengers and addressing their needs professionallyAbility to drive all vehicles operated by the company in accordance with all Federal, State, and Company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.Capability to work a highly flexible schedule, that will include weekends (primary time of demand)Report to work on time, well-groomed, and in complete company approved uniformAbility to maintain electronic driver logs on a mobile deviceConsistently applies safety procedures during vehicle operationCapable of completing a pre-trip inspection of motorcoach per DOT law.Ability to electronically submit company documents and information, such as expensesAbility to view and accept digital charter assignments and follow through with job as prescribed.Research locations & destinations prior to departure via Google Maps.Capable of assisting the loading and unloading of luggage for the passengers when necessaryQUALIFICATIONS :To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
