What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer, Punch Technician position at Anderson Communities Inc?
Anderson Communities is seeking a full-time Punch Technician (Construction Labor) to join our team in Louisville. Our goal is Building Better Communities, and we are currently remodeling and adding new units to our beautiful apartment community located on the south side of Louisville, convenient to I-265.
Construction Laborer/Punch Technician, Full-time
Duties include:
- Assist on-site Remodel and Build Team
- Prep work may include:
- Mechanical demolition
- Remodel and framing prep, organizing, and clean up
- Post work may include:
- Completing work items from punch list and prime prep
- Minor electrical and plumbing tasks may be required
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 2 years of general remodel or construction experience
- Framing experience preferred
- Light plumbing, electrical, and/or carpentry experience is a plus!
- High attention to detail and quality
- Must have good communication and time management skills
- Must be flexible and help out where needed
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally
- Valid driver’s license
- Successfully complete pre-employment background check and drug screen
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
