Would you like to be a part of a fast-paced, growing company? Anderson Communities is seeking an External Services Coordinator for our Resident Services division. This position is responsible for coordinating internal and outsourced services related to exterior services management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess excellent time management skills. This is a fulltime position with an excellent benefits package.
Duties include:
- Landscape Maintenance scheduling and follow up
- Internal service ticket assignment and scheduling for Groundskeeping department
- Inclement weather planning and response coordination
- Front line dispatch. Works closely with Service Coordinator to field incoming calls and dispatch appropriately
- Site inspection records and responses
- Complying with contract terms and ensuring team is up to date on responsibilities, expectations and deadlines
- Compliance coordination including
- Code Enforcement Scope and Deadlines related to Exterior needs
- Document Maintenance (Contracts, Insurance, Tax, Inspection Result
Requirements:
- Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in similar role and/or industry preferred
- Previous dispatch or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be drug free and maintain a clean appearance
- Must be felony free and possess a valid driver's license
