Join the Anderson County EMS team, where you’ll serve a vibrant community of over 78,000 residents across 345 square miles. We are proud to offer both 911 emergency services and convalescent transport. Our station-based service employs flexible posting move-ups during times of low unit availability to ensure swift responses.
We respond to more than 19,500 calls annually, operating with six 24-hour Advanced Life Support (ALS) units on a 24/72 shift rotation, one 12-hour daytime ALS unit, and five Basic Life Support (BLS) units on varied schedules. EMT positions are assigned to one of the five Basic Life Support units.

Attractive Compensation:
**EMT Position:** Starting pay at $16.00 per hour, with increased rates depending on experience and qualifications.
