What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Observer / Inspector position at Anderson, Eckstein and Westrick, Inc.?
We are looking for a Construction Observer to join our team!
As a Construction Observer, you will be performing daily inspection and documentation of infrastructure projects including road, water main, and sewer construction. You will maintain daily reports, measurements, calculations and computations of quantities and ensure conformance with contract documents.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Candidate must be 18 years or older, and possess a valid driver's license
- Civil engineering, surveying or construction management education and/or training desired
- 5 or more years related work experience desired
- Experience with Fieldbook software is helpful
- Federal aid and MDOT knowledge strongly preferred
