Anderson Elder Law is looking for an Elder Law Paralegal to join our team! Our law firm in Media, PA, is actively seeking an Elder Law Paralegal with expertise in long-term care and public benefits (Medicaid, Medicare, or Veterans Benefits). Qualified candidates should be energetic team players with the ability to thrive under pressure, possessing strong time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to handle a high case load independently and as a team member
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
On-site from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
Corresponding with clients, financial institutions, and long-term care facilities to obtain records
Detailed analysis of financial and other client records
Comprehensive review of client files to ensure completeness
Preparation and filing of Medicaid applications
Drafting correspondence
Data entry
Filing/scanning documents
