Job Description Summary
Product support data management covers a wide array of systems within our company. Tasks within the position include, but are not limited to, processing of equipment records, warranty information, maintaining records of units, registration of units for warranty with our manufacturers.
Qualified candidate will oversee, maintain and update timely, accurate data for these multiple systems. Ensure all data is accurate and up to date for various systems, such as mailing, equipment and manufacturer's specifications, credit, new customer assignments, and sales team call reports. External data needs to be reviewed and integrated into company systems in order to be used as a source for sales leads and product support opportunities.
Must be highly motivated with a willingness and excitement to learn and grow within the company; organizational and planning skills, time management with the ability to prioritize. Strong attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, ability to work independently as well as with others. Excellent Excel skills. Experience working with manufacturers and warranty experience a plus.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Minimum of 2 years solid work experience in construction;
- Must be able to work independently, assess priorities and be able to review reports and correspondence for accuracy ;
- Must have strong communication skills; verbal, telephone and written. Must work well with others ;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel;
- P roven organizational aptitude and be very detail oriented;
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job reading a computer screen, typing, answering telephone, greeting customers and filing;
- Plan to be in o ffice environment with consistent customer contact
- Compensation depends on location, experience/skills, overtime: $22.00-$28.00 per hour.
