What We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Do:
- Data entry of customer information.
- Accurately print all necessary contracts to facilitate for sale.
- Verify all documents are completed per dealership and financial company guidelines.
- Review funding and assist banks with any additional documents needed.
- Scanning documents related to the sale for digital archiving.
- Safeguard customer information as well as the organization's assets.
- Accurately review and process sold vehicle title paperwork.
- Review and submit rebates.
- Assist Sales Managers with daily operations including lead management.
- Assist with logging wholesale.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM
