Job Summary
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will assist with developing and executing marketing strategies, managing marketing materials, coordinating events, and maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels. They will provide support for marketing and project development efforts to promote residential construction services and enhance brand awareness through advertising and events. This person will also provide client management support for the sales team as required.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote residential construction services and drive brand awareness.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, print ads, direct mail and digital ads.
- Organize and execute marketing events, such as open houses, industry trade shows, and/or client appreciation events.
- Coordinate photography and videography of project sites to capture high-quality visuals for marketing materials including photo books.
- Update the company website with project information, news, and company updates.
- Manage association memberships and update listings as required.
- Manage inventory and production of job site signage.
- Manage client gifts and promotional merchandise.
- Assist with all duties associated with award entries.
- Maintain an organized system for marketing assets, sales collateral, and client records.
- Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, information packets and other supporting material as needed.
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support for marketing-related activities.
- Coordinate client surveys.
- Other marketing and sales duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with others with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of construction management software such as Builder Trend.
- Proven experience in marketing within the construction or real estate industry.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is not exposed to extreme conditions.
- Ability to work in an office environment with sedentary to light physical strength requirements occasionally exerting up to 20 lbs.
- Remains in stationary position most of the time.
Travel Requirements
Travel may be required.
