Job Summary:
A Sleep Lab Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality sleep disorder testing, including polysomnography and PAP titrations. The successful candidate will prepare patients for procedures, document results, and score sleep studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality sleep disorder testing
- Prepare patients for procedures
- Document results and scoring of sleep studies
- Post-study duties, scanning, and patient education
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree in Science preferred
- Adult/Pediatric CPR certification required
- Registered by the Board of Registered Polysomnography Technologists (BRPT) or National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Experience in a technical healthcare field with training and 3-5 years' experience in Respiratory Care and/or Sleep preferred
