What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substance Use Disorder Services position at Anderson Independent Home, LLC?
Anderson Independent Home LLC, is in the process of obtaining a contract from (HCBS-AMH) Home Community Base Adult Mental Health program. HCBS will provide services to individuals diagnosed with Serious Mental Illness (SMI). Our mission is to provide integrated and comprehensive services that promotes the health and quilt of life for our clients. Our clients are those that have frequent ER visits, jail diversion and long-term psychiatric hospitalization. We will be providing services in the following counties: Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery and Brazoria. We need service providers for all counties listed above.
We are looking for Substance Use Disorder Services for contact work
Must have Qualifications:
Individual counselors providing the SUD service must be Qualified Credentialed
Counselors ;QCC͛sͿ for the provision of as defined bLJ DSHS͘ Substance Use
Disorder (SUD) treatment programs must be licensed by the Texas Department
of State Health Services as Chemical Dependency Treatment Programs.
Individual providers must be licensed and/or appropriately credentialed to
provide services and act within the scope of their licensure and/or credentialing.
