Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals, develop new business, and cross-sell additional coverage to existing clients.
- Provide and maintain positive customer experiences.
- Actively train and improve product knowledge in order to provide clients with current, relevant advice.
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements and agency policies.
Requirements
- Must have active P&C Insurance Producers License.
- Proven sales and customer service experience.
- Work well independently.
- Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
Salary : $61,400 - $113,000
