What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative position at Anderson International Corp?
ANDERSON INTERNATIONAL CORP has been a global leader in liquid/solid separation technology for more than 130 years. We have designed manufactured and commissioned over 12,000 pieces of processing equipment for over 1,000 plant installations in over 100 countries. Each processing solution is specifically tailored to the customer’s unique needs.
We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Professional to be the in-house liaison between customers and the company for all aftermarket sales support. This position will support the efforts of the outside sales team in driving spare parts orders internally while providing excellent customer assistance. The principal responsibilities will consist of:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
- Ability to work with various personalities and in stressful situations.
- Manufacturing/Industrial experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Ability to anticipate the needs of the customers by providing continuous updates and analyzing spare part order histories.
- Follow through on unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Occasionally travel to client sites for continuing education on Anderson products and to support customers
