The principal responsibilities are as follows:
- Working knowledge of Project Management in a Machine Manufacturing environment.
- Proven success in managing large Capital Projects - required
- Leading a cross-functional team of individuals in completing projects timely.
- Creating and communicating project timelines.
- Delegating tasks and holding the team accountable.
- Ability to make effective decisions.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage budgets to adhere to cost and deadlines.
Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience
- Project Management Professional certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a Machine Manufacturing environment.
- 5 years’ project management experience within a manufacturing environment required.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy, and conciseness.
Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
