Job Summary
A highly motivated and independent individual with great interpersonal skills is required to execute Anderson Merchandisers standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The successful candidate will have a relentless drive to succeed while enjoying the flexibility of working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
- Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client's brands and product lines.
- Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy, following all provided instructions.
- Maintain accuracy and high-quality work to meet or exceed client expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- The ability to lift objects and product up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.
- A valid driver's license for travel to additional locations.
- High School diploma or equivalency certification.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred.
