What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Construction Superintendent position at Anderson Moore Construction Corp?
AMC, a fast growing commercial general contractor in Palm Beach County, has an immediate opening for an Assistant PM/Superintended. The candidate will be responsible for profitably managing all administrative and field construction activities related to assigned projects. In addition, responsibilities will include preparing procedures and/or job progress reports, monitoring job cost & work status, preparing a project safety plan, maintaining a working relationship with owners/architects/vendors/subcontractors, creating project schedules, and change orders management.
Responsibilities include ability to effectively organize, direct and manage a variety of subcontractors and vendors. Most possess a “can do” attitude with strong attention to detail and follow-up. Must be extremely deadline oriented.
Requirements include a minimum of 3 years construction experience with projects ranging from $100k-500k. Must be computer literate with strong written and oral communication skills required.

Exceptional communication, logistics, and organization skills and the ability to communicate with and influence effectively a diverse group including the vendor and business units.
