Anderson, Murphy & Hopkins is a civil litigation defense law firm in Little Rock and is seeking an associate attorney to join its team of litigators. Applicants must have a valid Arkansas law license or be anticipating Bar results in 2025.
The firm handles a variety of commercial litigation and insurance defense litigation cases, including personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home, and professional liability matters statewide. Attorneys at Anderson, Murphy & Hopkins will interpret and analyze case law, rules, and regulations; develop litigation strategies; advise clients regarding legal issues; prepare legal documents and briefs; interview clients and witnesses; conduct depositions; and appear before courts and argue clients’ positions at hearings and trials.
