Shift: A Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

We currently have first shift openings: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow detailed assembly instructions to produce products for shipment to customers.
- Calibrate and test components to ensure they meet operational specifications.
- Complete required reporting, data entry, and checklists to maintain accurate records.
- Assemble components by fitting, forming, and adding parts to create end products.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels for parts used during assembly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on precision and quality.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with a small, dedicated team.
- Self-Motivated: Driven to complete tasks efficiently and with excellence.
- Skills: Experience with soldering, precision wiring, and buffing is a plus, but not required. A mechanical or technical background is helpful, and we offer on-the-job training for the right candidates.
