College degree preferred, but not a must. Please provide a resume with all experiences in administrative roles. As a growing business, this position has opportunity for advancement in pay and position.

The Reception role at Anderson Painting is the first point of contact for our company. Our receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. The Receptionist will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, one must have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests & employees positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Skills and strengths needed for this role:

  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Detail oriented as it relates to sharing vital customer information
  • Organizational Skills ; a clean desk is a must!
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Comfortable with learning new technologies
  • Good Communication Skills; friendly, team player, speaks clearly

Specific Job Tasks

-Answer phones & take and distribute messages, as needed

-Respond to emails requesting estimate appointments

-Submit information into Smartsheet New Customer sheet

-Respond to FB messenger chat

-Monitor and respond to Angie’s List messages and leads

-Print information for team, as needed

-Sales team support scheduling appointments

-Assist OP’s team with office tasks

-Social media support; boost posts for concrete floors 2-3x’s per week

-Order and take stock of office supplies

-Maintain multiple Reports essential to the company's growth

-Intake new employee paperwork & maintain employee information in Quickbooks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
