We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. Duties
- Assist the dentist during various procedures
- Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Manage patient records accurately
- Conduct infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Provide support in pediatric dentistry, ensuring a comfortable experience for young patients.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of general dentistry practices and pediatric dentistry is highly desirable..
- Strong understanding of infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with patients of all ages.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certification in Xray and coronal polishing is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
