Job Summary:
The Human Resource Manager’s main responsibilities will include Recruiting, Compliance, Safety Coordinator duties, Work Comp claims & Certs, Vacation/Attendance, Benefit Administration, GL Insurance certs, and claims as needed. Ensure that the Core values of the organization are followed at every level of the organization.
Salary Range: $75K Annually!
Essential duties & responsibilities:
- New Hire orientation & Safety program review upon hire
- Company Policy Updates & distribution.
- Job Description preparation and distribution.
- Ensure Company abides by own policies and state/federal labor laws with all employees.
- Ongoing training on State/Federal Law (at least 1 class/year or as changes occur).
- Administration of all Employee Benefits
- Maintain files and assist with W-2 challenges & inquiries for entire Company
- Verification of Employment for all past & present employees.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Skills you bring for success:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Possess at least 4 years of Human Resource experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service and phone skills
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities
- Strong listening skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Proficient at typing & comfortable with computers
