What are the responsibilities and job description for the Repair Technician position at Anderson Process?
Summary: The Repair Technician, reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, is directly responsible for disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, reassembling and testing of simple pumps sent in for repairs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Disassemble and clean simple pumps.
- Receive repairs, list repair components after cleaning and inspection.
- Reassemble the pumps and test.
- Help maintain a clean and safe shop.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Skills/Experience
Required:
- Able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude and pass test.
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Proven ability to successfully troubleshoot.
- Valid driver’s license with a record that allows you to be covered by company insurance.
Preferred:
- Able to drive fork lift.
- Hydraulic equipment maintenance or repair experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk most of the day.
- Ability to twist and turn at least 25% of day.
- Stoop and bend at least 25% of day.
- Ability to reach above shoulders at least 25% of day.
- Repetitive hand and wrist movements at least 50% of the day.
- Forearm rotation at least 25%of the day.
