The FLEX (Flexible Learning Experience) program is an alternative placement for students. The program is designed to support personalized student success in a smaller class setting. The purpose of this alternative program is to cultivate an environment in which students can focus on their educational work and meet personalized goals in the area(s) of:
- Academic growth and development
- Behavioral growth and development
- Attendance improvement
- Other areas of growth and development as determined by the team
Qualifications:
- Two or four-year degree, or two years of college (60 semester hours), or passing score on Praxis Parapro Assessment, required;
- Experience working in middle of high school setting, preferred;
- Experience, preferred
Salary is dependent upon relevant experience and level of education.
