Key Responsibilities:

• Be the voice of our company - answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Solve problems and resolve issues with speed, empathy, and professionalism.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and shipment data.
• Enter all relevant shipment data and information into the system software.
• Verify rates, fuel surcharges, and accessorial charges - accuracy matters.
• Escalate complex issues to the right personnel when needed.
• Build strong relationships and provide service that keeps customers coming back.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you know how to connect with people and get things done
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Solid computer skills and confidence in working with modern systems and tools

Having experience in customer service or a related field, along with a solid understanding of the transportation industry, is highly preferred. We truly appreciate any relevant expertise you can bring to the role.

Hours/Schedule: M-F 8am-3pm - Approximately 20-29 hours per week

Starting Wage: $18-$22/Hr. DOE
