Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Manager leads a team of TA Specialists onsite & at regional sales office, providing the team with training, support, coaching, and professional development. Key responsibilities include building talent pipelines, improving recruitment processes, and enhancing the employer brand in the labor market to meet both current and future talent needs. Additionally, the TA Manager will work closely with HR, marketing, and leadership teams to create and implement strategies that strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice. They will also oversee the development and execution of the talent acquisition strategy for assigned business units. The TA Manager will directly handle recruitment efforts, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent that aligns with business goals.

Leading the Team:
- Builds the right team by leveraging hiring resources and networks to recruit, hire, effectively onboard and train new team members.
- Leads the team to achieve optimal performance by communicating and clarifying expectations, providing daily direction, monitoring and effectively communicating performance, coaching for improvement and development, and rewarding employees for high performance.
- Aligns the team with hiring priorities, establishes and evaluates relevant metrics, and proactively adjusts plans as needed. Serves as an escalation point of contact for the team.
- Consults with leaders, hiring managers and human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies.
Building Strategy:
- Partners with business unit to develop strategies to strengthen the brand and attract top talent across various locations, focusing on high-volume hiring. Continuously builds and nurtures community networks and partnerships to proactively grow the candidate database/pipeline and enhance the ATS brand.
- Represents and presents on behalf of the company onsite and at local community and recruiting events by sharing company information and job opportunities, networking with community partners to encourage referrals to bolster talent pipeline.
Individual Recruiting Efforts:
- Recruits and performs talent acquisition activities such as resume and phone screens, candidate interviews, recommends final selection of applicants and closes qualified candidates. TA Manager will have an annual individual recruiting goal.
Candidate Education & Experience for Success:
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or relevant field of study or equivalent work experience in assigned areas of responsibility.
- 3 years leadership experience with demonstrated ability to motivate and guide a team.
- In-depth knowledge of staffing principles, laws, and procedures along with a strong understanding of recruitment and employment programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge in various recruiting strategies, with experience in building employer branding including community engagement, online and social media recruitment, job postings, and maintaining a strong online and community presence.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the company.
Position Compensation & Benefits
- The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $110,000. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
