What You'll Need:
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma required; degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in billing, collections, settlement, accounting, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of general administrative, accounts payable, and billing procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (written, listening, and verbal).

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal departments to understand customer requirements and ensure quality standards are met on invoices.
- Process invoices promptly and investigate unbilled loads to resolve discrepancies.
- Process carrier settlements promptly to keep payments current.
- Run reports and post customer invoices daily and monthly.
- Align actions with ATS' mission, vision, and values, supporting our vibrant company culture.

Compensation & Benefits:
* The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $20.00 - $24.50. Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work .
