The Contractor Services Supervisor is responsible for managing daily operations, driving team productivity, and delivering quality service aligned with company vision and values. This role utilizes strong communication skills to foster collaboration with internal stakeholders, provide cross-functional support, and guide the team toward achieving profitability and growth. Key responsibilities include establishing strategies, implementing plans, resolving issues, and performing administrative tasks such as generating reports and verifying documents, all while ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels. This position works at our east location.
Education and Experience
- Associate degree in business, office administration, or related field, and / or a minimum of 2 years of equivalent experience in a customer-driven environment e.g., office administration.
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required.
- Experience in team building and collaboration with business leaders, 3rd parties, and internal staff.
- Outstanding communication, coordination, facilitation, consultation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Able to foster a culture of transparency and a sense of purpose among the team and create clear accountabilities and metrics using positive and collaborative methods.
- Ability to adapt to high work volumes in a fast-paced environment by demonstrating patience, professionalism and positivity.
- Must be proficient and responsive to internal and external business partner's needs.
- Must demonstrate pleasant, helpful, and diplomatic manners, display sound judgment, and be able to make good decisions under pressure.
- Must be proficient in responding to internal customer situations and needs as required.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills; able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
