Position Summary :
The Talent Acquisition Manager leads a team of TA Specialists onsite & at regional sales office, providing the team with training, support, coaching, and professional development. Key responsibilities include building talent pipelines, improving recruitment processes, and enhancing the employer brand in the labor market to meet both current and future talent needs. Additionally, the TA Manager will work closely with HR, marketing, and leadership teams to create and implement strategies that strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice. They will also oversee the development and execution of the talent acquisition strategy for assigned business units. The TA Manager will directly handle recruitment efforts, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent that aligns with business goals.

Leading the Team :
- Builds the right team by leveraging hiring resources and networks to recruit, hire, effectively onboard and train new team members.
- Leads the team to achieve optimal performance by communicating and clarifying expectations, providing daily direction, monitoring and effectively communicating performance, coaching for improvement and development, and rewarding employees for high performance.
- Aligns the team with hiring priorities, establishes and evaluates relevant metrics, and proactively adjusts plans as needed. Serves as an escalation point of contact for the team.
- Consults with leaders, hiring managers and human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies.
