Job Description:
Position Summary
This position is responsible for the full lifecycle development and support of SAP S/4HANA Agricultural Contract Management and Commodity Management; requiring deep collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enable the businesses they serve to operate efficiently and within established service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Agricultural Contract Management and Commodity Management, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Act as a strategic partner within the SAP Transportation Management Space, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and quality standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand agricultural contract and commodity management needs, translating them into effective SAP solutions
- Oversee the configuration of Agricultural Contract Management and Commodity Management for contract creation, trading execution, and monitoring; ensuring project related tasks and assignments meet project deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP Logistics, SAP Record-to-Report, IT, and business users, to align SAP Agricultural Contract Management and Commodity Management to meet overall business objectives
- Configure SAP Agricultural Contract Management and Commodity Management settings, master data, and related business processes to meet specific contract and commodity trading requirements
- Identify potential gaps and opportunities to enhance operations, drive efficiency, and optimize cost savings through system improvements.
- Mentor, guide, and assist in training new or less experienced team members

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
- 5-10 years’ relevant experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in SAP product offerings with 2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA Agricultural Contract Management (ACM) or SAP Commodity Management (CM)
- Subject matter expertise in SAP Agricultural Contract Management functions such as Contracts, Load Data Capture, Contract Application & Settlements, Revenue Recognition, and Invoicing
- Subject matter expertise in SAP Commodity Management functions such as Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE), Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench (TSW)
- Experience in SAP Bulk Transportation Extension for SAP Agricultural Contract Management, SAP Global Trade Management (GTM), SAP Commodity Trade Risk Management (CTRM)
- Experience integrating SAP Agricultural Contract Management and SAP Commodity Management with other SAP modules; including SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), etc.
- Agriculture industry experience with knowledge in commodity trading/Agriculture Commodity Trade industry preferred
