Role Description
This is an on-site position for a Brand Representative based in Austin, TX.
In this role:
- You'll serve as the face of the brand—driving awareness, engaging with customers, and delivering outstanding service.
- You’ll participate in direct marketing initiatives, attend events, and collaborate with our marketing team to bring brand strategies to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand in a professional and engaging manner at events and activations
- Build brand awareness through direct customer interactions and outreach
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive brand experiences
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and strategies
- Maintain a strong understanding of brand messaging and core offerings
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in customer service, brand ambassadorship, or promotional roles
- Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
