We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Supply Chain Associate to join our team in New York City. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, driving efficiencies and ensuring a seamless flow from procurement to delivery.

Responsibilities :
- Process Implementation & Improvement : Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline our supply chain and operational workflows.
- Procurement & Vendor Management : Source, purchase, and track materials, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Contract Manufacturer Coordination : Collaborate closely with manufacturing partners to optimize production schedules, address challenges, and maintain supply continuity.
- Inventory & Logistics : Keep a close eye on stock levels and coordinate shipments as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with finance, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Qualifications :

Compensation Range : 60,000-$80,000.
