What You’ll Do
As a key member of the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (ADAC) operations team, the Facilities Housekeeping Specialist is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all interior building areas which includes common spaces, showrooms, and management offices. This role ensures a well-maintained and professional environment that supports ADAC’s operations and showroom tenants.

What You’ll Do

This role ensures a well-maintained and professional environment that supports ADAC’s operations and showroom tenants.
Position Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning tasks according to established schedules and checklists.
- Vacuuming and sweeping floors
- Cleaning glass doors, handles, and atrium areas
- Maintaining cleanliness of Design Lounge furniture
- Wiping down interior elevator surfaces
- Cleaning stairwell lobbies and freight elevator interiors
- Conducting general building walk-throughs with broom and dustpan
- Ensuring the cleanliness of kitchens, restrooms, and conference rooms
- Maintaining tidiness of main office areas
- Designated backup for trash removal
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the ADAC operations and management teams, as well as showroom owners
- Capable of working independently while following established protocols and schedules
- Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned by management
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining a clean environment
- Reliable, punctual, and demonstrates a strong work ethic
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working effectively with team members and tenants
- Maintains a positive, professional, and self-motivated attitude
