The Marketing Database Coordinator contributes to the execution of targeted marketing campaigns and leverages results to provide actionable insights and recommendations. This position develops standardized reporting and is responsible for ad hoc analyses and insights that help drive the business forward. Responsible for data extraction and interpretation, lead generation and effective data and CRM management techniques. This position also assists with reporting, research and survey projects company wide.

What You’ll Do

This position also assists with reporting, research and survey projects company wide.
Position Responsibilities
- Compiles data into user-friendly reports for internal stakeholders (Excel, PowerPoint presentations)
- Design and conduct analyses in support of marketing initiatives (i.e. direct mail, online advertising, media performance, email, web, and mobile), including test-and-learn segmentation and targeting criteria.
- Supports internal team to maintain a campaign-level Marketing dashboard that visualizes and clearly communicates key performance indicators and technical data to a non-technical audience.
- Reviews CRM data regularly for errors, trends, opportunities and insights
- Conducts data entry projects on an as needed basis
- Interfaces with key business stakeholders to provide CRM training, support and tailor system to ensure adoption and utilization
- Supports marketing strategy team by developing detailed queries with CRM to support outreach efforts
- Interfaces with IT on bug fixes and proposed functionality enhancements
- Supports pre-market; in-market; and post-market reporting needs
- Serve as Marketing subject matter expert (SME) for CRM management, system integration, and optimization.
- Assist with ongoing database development and management
- Assist Marketing Analytics team with projects and reporting, as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Mathematics or equivalent technical field required
- Strategic and creative thinking abilities
- Comfort level with handling multiple projects at the same time
- Knowledge of and experience in CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge of direct marketing to include direct mail, email marketing, and digital marketing
- Experience with Microsoft Office products – Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI or other data visualization platforms preferred
- Aptitude for learning and implementing new analytics, reporting and survey platforms into workflow
- Solution-oriented and relies on judgment to accomplish goals
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with proven data interpretation abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and ability to collaborate effectively across various functions
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
