Overview:

Responsibilities:Content Creation and Management:
- Develop meaningful and shareable social media content for designated clients that align with Andocia's mission and purpose.
- Craft creative and engaging copy for social posts, email campaigns, and blog content.
- Edit and produce engaging social videos, including captioning, quick cuts, and repurposing macro content into snackable formats.
Platform and Engagement Oversight:
- Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
- Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries promptly, and foster an online community.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends to implement innovative strategies.
Performance Tracking and Strategy:
- Track and report KPIs for designated accounts, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team to contribute ideas for enhancing content strategy and effectiveness.
Additional Duties:
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including copywriting and scheduling.
- Manage blog post creation and distribution to align with content goals.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while working within a flexible schedule.
