ANDON Specialties is a national leading manufacturer's representative/distributor of process automation, analytical, and fluid handling solutions. We are currently searching for a Developmental Outside Sales Leader in Houston, TX.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Work with our Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams to build a solid sales foundation, learn about our products, and build customer relationships
- Achieve sales objectives, develop and nurture customer relationships, create customer-focused solutions, and deliver value in partnership with the ANDON Sales Team and Principals
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of the industry, technologies, applications, and customers within assigned account base
- 1-2 years of sales experience
