ANDON Specialties is a national leading manufacturer's representative/distributor of process automation, analytical, and fluid handling solutions. We are currently searching for an Outside Sales Representative to join our TEAM in Arlington, TX. Applicants will need to live in the area.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Create customer-focused solutions
- Lead sales and account development activities within assigned accounts
- Assist customers with technical questions related to product performance, application, and reliability
- Actively use CRM to manage assigned accounts and communicate on-going sales activity
- Develop and nurture customer relationships
- Qualify prospects within assigned sales territory and build a consistent pipeline to achieve sales objectives to expand the business
- Bachelor degree preferred
- 2-5 years previous sales experience, preferred industries: petrochemical, oil & gas, life sciences and/or semiconductor
