Responsibilities
- Operational infrastructure support, maintenance, troubleshooting to ensure optimum utilization of IT resources
- Coordination and scheduling of IT initiatives
- User account management
- Network and end user device management, troubleshooting and repair
- Asset management
- RFID door entry management
- Improve and maintain IT security
- RMM and MDM management
- Azure Defender for Cloud management
- Setup and configuration of site-2-site VPN tunnels using virtual Fortinet appliances
- O365 management
- Azure virtual machine deployment and configuration
- Level 1 help desk items
- Computer imaging and setup
- Two to four (2-4) years of related experience
- Proven experience with multiple computer systems
- Vast experience with Windows, MacOS and Linux operating systems
- Proven experience using Microsoft products such as Azure and O365
- Extensive experience troubleshooting and resolving end-user technology problems
- B.S. or B.A. in computer science or related discipline
- Managed Service Provider experience
- A Network or related certifications
