Position Overview :
The Quality Assurance Test Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that products consistently meet specifications and standards. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams to identify and address quality issues, ensuring exceptional product performance. The Technician is responsible for testing and verifying tests to meet customer expectations, performing complex testing according to established written procedures. In this role, the Technician will support the Quality Department by ensuring product excellence and compliance with industry standards using all required testing tools and equipment. A significant part of the job involves PC imaging, camera settings adjustments and complete kit testing, where the incumbent will ensure accurate results. The Technician must promptly identify and report any product or quality issues, while working closely with leadership to implement practical solutions and process improvements.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions :
The incumbent will :
- Ensure product excellence and compliance with standards using all required testing tools / equipment.
- Program, test, and validate device operation ensuring accurate results.
- Assist in creating test plans to evaluate performance and reliability of devices
- Promptly identify and report product or quality issues, working with leadership to implement practical solutions and process improvements.
