Position Summary:
As a Cleaning Technician at Andora Cleaning, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality residential cleaning services to our valued clients. You will be responsible for ensuring homes are left spotless and welcoming while upholding our commitment to reliability and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and bedrooms with attention to detail.
- Ensure proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to meet cleaning expectations.
- Follow company policies and procedures to deliver consistent service quality.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in house cleaning or janitorial work is preferred, but not required.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing Andora’s standard of service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
