Seasonal Locker Room Supervisor/Attendant

"Seasonal" Locker Room Supervisor/Attendant is responsible for maintaining high standards in all locker room services and operations, and maximizing customer service. Confidentiality and trustworthiness are of the utmost importance as the guests rely on the Locker Room staff to maintain the safety of their personal property. Duties:

• Maintain and ensure immaculate locker room facilities for members. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the locker room area using a ‘clean as you go’ philosophy. Locker/dressing areas picked up, vanity areas wiped down and cleaned after each use, towels stocked and stacked orderly, products straightened after each use, soiled towels and trash removed frequently, showers and toilets clean, dry and free of periodicals/trash, etc.
• Provide seamless service picking up and cleaning after each guest’s use of the facilities – ensure safety for guests keeping wet and dry area floors clean and dry.
• Inform supervisor of all guest/member complaints and suggestions promptly.
• Ensure overall member satisfaction.
• Maintain sanitary conditions in all locker room areas in accordance with state and local regulations.
• Polish, clean, label, and provide proper care for men’s and ladies shoes.
• Recommend orders for equipment and supplies, and maintain inventory control for all locker room areas.
• Qualifications:
• Ability to work any day of the week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of the most of the following is a plus: customer service, housekeeping, shoe care, and golf operations
• Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment, which is typical of this position.
• Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping and pulling.
• Frequent repetitive motions.
• Continuous standing and walking.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
