Members can enjoy family and adult dining areas in the 19th Hole pub and the Links restaurant as well as on patios with gorgeous panoramas overlooking the golf course. We are looking for Servers to attend to members and their guests when visiting our Pub and restaurant. Responsibilities include greeting diners, creating a hospitable, welcoming environment and engaging in friendly conversation. Restaurant servers are knowledgeable about the food and beverage offerings and clarify concerns around allergies and styles of food preparation.
Servers input and submit orders to the kitchen, serve food and beverages to tables using proper server etiquette. Servers are responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment by bussing dishes, sweeping floors, wiping menus and completing other closing and side task lists. Servers should also be prepared to stand for long periods of time.
Waitstaff
Responsibilities:
- Smiling, welcoming, and seating diners at their tables and being attentive.
- Selling and describing our food and beverage offerings.
- Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, entrees, and drinks.
- Take accurate orders and collaborate with the kitchen and bartender to ensure timely delivery.
- Tidying tables, clearing leftovers, and maintaining a clean and neat restaurant.
- Setting and polishing tables and rearranging dining area to accommodate larger groups.
- Practice good work ethic and good listening skills.
Waitstaff Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a food-service establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of wine and various types of cuisine.
· Highly developed interpersonal skills.
· Strong communication, teamworking, and customer service skills.
