Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking a kindhearted and steadfast Unit Manager RN or LPN for our Dementia Unit to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility.
Each Unit Manager RN / LPN team member supports the individual needs of the elders in our care living with dementia. Through strong personal relationships and knowledgeable decision-making at the facility, we pride ourselves on obtaining an extraordinary nursing staff for our residents. The Unit Manager RN / LPN will supervise and direct nurses, staff and patients within your unit.
Some responsibilities that come with working as the Unit Manager RN / LPN...
- Complete RN / LPN assessments and documentation.
- Investigate resident accidents / incidents and update care plans with resolutions.
- Conduct wound rounds and wound care treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Oversee RN, LPN and CNA work.
