Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and grow social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Create, schedule, and monitor posts for brand consistency and engagement
Develop and manage paid Facebook campaigns to drive conversions
Design visuals using Canva and Photoshop
Research trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform strategies
Analyze social media performance, track key metrics, and report on campaign success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and strategies
Engage with followers and manage inquiries

Required Proficiencies :

3 years of social media management experience (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager (campaign creation, optimization, and tracking)

Demonstrated experience and proficiency in managing a large brand's community engagement

Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation

Familiarity with Facebook Insights and Instagram Analytics

Canva, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office 365

Bonus Proficiencies :

Experience with TikTok, YouTube, and video editing

Key Skills :

Creativity, strong communication, time management, and research abilities

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report on social media KPIs

Education : Bachelor's in Mass Communications, PR, Marketing, or a related field
