JOB Summary
The position will act as a bridge between the business user including client facing units, the project team, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of project, aligning them with project goal and the users’ expectations. This position involves coordinating activities, functionality verifications, preparation of any explanation materials including internal workflows and service outlines.
Job Functions/Duties And Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain tasks assigned to client facing units throughout the projects.
- Supports client relation activities by preparing UAT scenarios together with each account officer.
- Participate UAT and report the progress, findings, system issues including questions by logging them in a given pre-determined format.
- Conduct necessary research, which includes data analysis or communication between SMEs on specific service level or function of new systems.
- Facilitates meetings and discussions to address issues or concerns throughout UAT.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, email correspondences, and deliverables of each milestone.
- Provide regular update to/from the project team on each meeting with business units, other stakeholders, or IT units.
- Develops effective promotional methods and documents to promote the improvement and changes for this project.
- Supports translation between Japanese and English and edits documents for customers and affiliated entities.
- Communicate with other departments to obtain or confirm information regard to periodical and ad-hoc reports.
- Manages maintenance of promotional data and enhances those data for various uses, as well as to develop effective promotional tools/methods for Bank’s product promotions.
- Assists manager’s responsibilities and project managers’ responsibilities in the program during his/her absence.
- Performs all other project related tasks as assigned by Management.
- Enhances other business units’ knowledge and understanding of new systems as well as service level changes by helping them to create UAT test cases, procedures, user manuals, and promotion materials including service outline documents.
